The ACT Equestrian Association and the local Bicentennial National Trail Coordinator have been invited to participate in focus group on 26 May as part of a broader consultation and planning process to develop an strategic vision to guide and underpin decision making into the future and also inform strategic priorities for the next 4 years. The Arboretum currently has an Infrastructure Strategy and a Operations Policy – but no Vision.
The process a will identify opportunities, risks and challenges for the Arboretum now and into the future. ACTEA is interested in anything local riders have to say about issues you have presently with the Arboretum and how you would like the equestrian future there to look. Any contributions should be sent to info@actea.asn.au before 21 May 2016.
A draft version of the strategic vision is promised for June.
