Residents in Weston Creek have received a postcard inviting them to have their say about the ‘new’ Mount Stromlo Master Plan. This Master Plan doesn’t differ a great deal from that created in 2009. As part of the routine surveillance of Scrivener dam the dam operator will commence deliberately lowering the level of Lake Burley Griffin from Sunday night (29 November 2015) to facilitate inspections of sub-surface drainage and dam dissipater (concrete area below dam).
