Equestrian Park is now able to take bookings for events of up to 20 participants plus a coach. Officials and supporters should be kept to a minimum and everyone should practice social distancing and good hygiene.
You can make bookings for any part of the Park at eqparkbookings@gmail.com and discuss any requirements specific to Equestrian Park with the Park Manager.
All bookings will be visible on the Equestrian Park Calendar at https://www.actea.asn.au/events-calendar. Please respect these bookings. It is not acceptable to interrupt organised events for your own convenience. While we are struggling with restrictions we all need to be kinder to each other.
ACT Sport & Recreation Services requires any organised activities under the new arrangements to complete a Return to Sport plan which sets out how you are going to manage participants and spectators at your events. All participants in your event and the EP bookings officer should have a copy of this plan before your event proceeds.
