Weston Creek Dog Park

The Weston Creek Dog Park is open for customers. The entrance off Warragamba Avenue is pretty highly engineered with posts and boulders to direct motor vehicles and speed bumps to slow them down. There is a large gravel pad in the middle of the bitumen driveway especially for horses travelling along the long verge between Streeton and Eucumbene Drives. There are equestrian signs in place and a giant Bicentennial National Trail route marker.

Some effort has gone into ensuring a good line of sight up and down the hill for vehicles leaving the Park which have to negotiate a speed hump and a stop sign.

Inside the Park there is a sign explaining the BNT and asking Park users to keep their dogs on a leash around horses.

Local riders are encouraged to ride down to the corner of Eucumbene Drive and Warragamba Avenue and inspect the crossing and test it out. Any feedback would be appreciated.
