In light of the ACT Emergency Services Agency advice to the Canberra community that the current alert level for the Pierces Creek fire remains ADVICE and, while there is still a fire, there is no immediate danger to the community EPIC has provided the following message:
As the Equine Evacuation Centre was not formally established and no evacuations ordered, EPIC wishes to advise horse owners that you can decide to leave when you wish.
